C. HISTORY OF PRESENT ILLNESS

The patient's cold started on November 22, 2010 up to November 25, 2010 and had a mild fever. Her mother took her to the Brgy. Health Center for check-up. The patient doesn't took any medications before the check-up. She couldn't play outside for a long period of time because her mother told her that her playmates might also catch cold and fever because of her. (But her mother and younger sister also have colds)
