B. CHIEF COMPLAINT OR REASON FOR VISIT
The patient's mother told us that her child is experiencing cold for about 2 days starting November 22, 2010 until our day of initial visit, November 25, 2010. K.V also had a mild fever that night of November 25, 2010 until our 2nd day of visit on November 26, 2010.
